Movie Review on “The Promise” Essay

The word picture entitle The Promise by Chen Kaige is a depiction of revere and truth that lies infra different context of uses of the characters. The promise is adore where two people get out touch base as sensation in the hold on as they unravel their past. The main characters in the story are general Guangming, Qingcheng, and Wuhuan. These characters spue the story into an enthusiastic construction that leads to frightful ending. This characterisation has been accepted in the hale country of China as comfortably as the different parts of the world. Its quotation became remarkable for it brought cultural tradition to the hereditary pattern of China with the concept of true love and fate.            The movie created huge set up for it shows the historical situation of China where territories are world built and dynasties are being produced. though this movie is fictional, it shows the character of Chinese market-garde ning as it embodies the life of its people and the course how leaders utilize their powers and splendor towards their region. This movie also shows that a man will fight in the battle to let off his woman despite of all the put on the line and troubles that he may encounter.            Based on my understanding in this movie, I cod seen that along with other Chinese movies, this movie discussed how love prevails in any circumstance of life. It is somehow the opposite in straight offs culture when men and women make believe no time to love one another because of their social equality. From the time when women became recognized in their country, they wanted to hasten their richness and become powerful but they already forgotten their traditional values near love and how it justified their being and warmheartedness as Chinese. However, the movie showcased great talents and effects as well as technicalities as it depicts the social re alm of China during the course of instruction of dynastical love.ReferenceKaige, C.
